Hailey Abramsky
Hailey Abramsky is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP. Her practice encompasses a wide range of civil and commercial matters, with a particular focus on real estate litigation, professional liability, and contractual disputes. Hailey is a passionate advocate and a natural storyteller, with a talent for distilling complex legal issues into simple terms. Hailey has acted as counsel for businesses and individuals in a wide range of matters before all levels of court in Ontario, in administrative tribunals, and in private arbitrations. Clients appreciate her pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
Hailey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from McGill University and a Juris Doctor from Queen's University. She serves as Co-Chair of her firm's Women's Committee and Mentorship Initiative. Hailey regularly volunteers her time with Pro Bono Ontario providing legal advice on civil litigation and landlord and tenant matters to low-income Ontarians.
Natalia Sheikh
Natalia Sheikh is an Associate at Lloyd Burns McInnis LLP and practices in Insurance Defence. Natalia is an active fitness enthusiast. Outside of the office she enjoys hitting the gym, running and playing volleyball.
Samantha Wolfish
Samantha Wolfish is Counsel at Uber Canada Inc. Sam provides corporate commercial legal support to Uber’s delivery and mobility businesses, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements, product review, and marketing review. She also provides employment legal support for Uber Canada’s employees and works alongside the global Employment Legal Team. Prior to joining Uber, Sam was Legal Counsel at Johnson & Johnson in the Canadian Medical Device division providing general corporate commercial legal support. Sam began her career at Jonas Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Software where she worked on many M&A transactions to assist in the company’s growth across various industry verticals. Sam graduated with honours from the Richard Ivey School of Business’ HBA Program in 2011 and completed law school at Western University in 2014. Sam was called to the bar in 2015.
In her spare time, Sam loves to exercise and attends classes at various studios in the city and has completed 3 half marathons. She loves to check out the newest restaurants and go to concerts and theatre. She is kept busy by her 3.5 year old son and 1 year old daughter.
Beth Mountford
Beth Mountford is a Legal Recruitment Consultant with Smith Legal Search in Toronto. She helps lawyers understand the legal market and navigate critical career decisions when making lateral moves across private practice and in-house.
